She knows all the local plumbers, electricians, inspectors, etc and was able to get them to look at concerns at the houses we were interested in very quickly. She's very honest and doesn't sugar-coat things as she pointed out both the positive and negative aspects of the houses we looked at. This was our first home purchase, so we were a little confused at times, but she as very patient and took time to explain anything and everything to us.
